Live Audio
For a few years now I have been running live audio feeds of local firefighters using a spare computer and scanners. These feeds are available on the internet at RadioReference.com and can also be listened to while mobile on your iPhone, Blackberry, etc. I’m not sure of other mobile devices but my favorite app for the iPhone is 5-0 Radio Pro. If you use that app you can find my feeds as well as thousands more from around the world! Enjoy listening!
- Feed #1 – Denton County Fire Departments
This audio feed is sponsored by the Double Oak Volunteer Fire Department who purchased the scanner used in this feed. It includes all Denton County Fire Departments except the City of Denton (they are on their own system). This includes all of the rurual/small town fire departments as well as Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, and Lake Cities Fire Departments. Feed #2 – Lewisville Fire Department
This is a dedicated feed for the Lewisville Fire Department broadcasting the fire dispatch channel as well as Channel 2, 3, and 4. This dedicated feed was requested by several people to make it easier to hear major incidents in Lewisville.
